Wow, what a week. Oasis is reuniting, that is good. The Smile, a trio of two Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood and a Son of Kemet in Tom Skinner, are giving us two LPs in 2024, announcing Cutouts for an Octobetr 3rd release via XL Recordings. Some things to note: “Don’t Get Me Started” and the previously vinyl-only “The Slip” will be on Cutouts, and two new tracks, “Zero Sum” and “Foreign Spies”, will also be on there and have videos by Weirdcore, seen below. And our good pals, Thom and Stanley Donwood, created all the cover art.
