Back when we first reported it in 2013, Florentijn Hofman had created the world’s largest rubber ducks to be floated in Hong Kong’s Victoria harbor. Well, thanks to AllRightsReserved, they are back, as a pair of giant rubber ducks were spotted unexpectedly in Hong Kong this morning, swimming back and forth in the waters near Tsing Yi.
