A new exhibition at Fotografie Forum Frankfurt showcases the work of fashion and portrait photographer Nhu Xuan Hua. Born in Paris in 1989 to a family of Vietnamese origin, Hua has gained international reconition for her unique photographic art. Hug of a Swan showcases the photographer’s diverse and captivating work which deals with themes of identity, origin, and family history. Hua’s oevre is closely entwined in terms of content despite the diverse aesthetic approaches. She continually draws inspiration for her entire work from personal and family shared memories.
